Haslington Best Garden Awards 2025 On Saturday afternoon (13th September) we were delighted to host the Haslington Best Garden Awards.
It was wonderful to see so many residents in attendance. The garden awards is the Parish Council’s way of saying thank you for helping to make Haslington, Winterley and Oakhanger bloom every year! 
Residents collected awards from Highly Commended through to 1st place, plus the overall winner’s bowls:
Pat Lofkin Bowl (Haslington) Moody Bowl (Oakhanger) George Edward Farrall Bowl (Winterley)The awards were presented by Cllr Samantha Green, Chair of Haslington Parish Council, and Cllr Mike Blakeman.
We also enjoyed a brilliant horticultural talk from Jane Allison, Mayfields Plants 
Huge congratulations to all our winners and thank you to everyone who joined us on Saturday!
