The 2024 Best Garden Awards took place on Saturday 14th September at Winterley Methodist Church.
Thank you to all those who joined us to recognise so many amazing front gardens which are the result of dedication and hard work.
Many highly commended certificates were presented as well as our 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed gardens in the Haslington, Winterley and Oakhanger categories. We were also pleased to award one garden as our overall winner of best front garden in the Parish.
The presentation was hosted by Cllr Howard Blake and the awards were presented by the Chair of Haslington Parish Council Cllr Samantha Green.
Attendees at this year’s awards presentation also enjoyed a horticultural talk from Mayfields Plants.
